your palate. Goose, traditionally roasted for celebration meals, has
taken a more informal turn. Smoked goose is now available year
‘round and it’s a food that will fit into any culinary repertoire in
several delicious ways. It can be served cold or at room temperature
as an hors d’oeuvre, or on a sandwich, or sautéed to serve with eggs
as breakfast for dinner, or as eggs Benedict for a smoky lean and
luxurious substitute for bacon. Even on a toasted “GLT” sandwich

The goose breasts are smoked
over real hickory wood chips until the flavors of the rich dark meat
and smoke blend together. They are shipped shrink-wrapped and

Shipping Policies:
Schiltz Foods, Inc. products are frozen and are individually
vacuum sealed and placed in a corrugated box lined with foam for
extra protection - a package combination that will ensure your
products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.
Our products are delivered without a signature requirement to
prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal and
spoiling.
To guarantee delivery, we must have a complete address, and cannot
accept PO Box addresses.
Delivery Schedule:
Orders placed by 12 noon Central Standard Time are
processed and shipped the following business day*, according to
the following schedule:
All overnight orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday. All second-day orders are shipped on Monday,
Tuesday, and Wednesday. This allows all packages to be delivered
by Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
*All orders placed after 12 noon, Friday, through 12 noon, Monday,
will be processed and shipped on Tuesday.
